JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strong knowledge of brand development, creating for digital, video production
- Accustomed to working with and understanding the needs of various internal and
external partners - Ability to speak to a wide range of audiences and with strong presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well as an independent collaborator
- Strong organizational skills while being able to maintain high standards under
pressure - Ability to demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and ownership of projects
- Handling internal and external workflows in a variety of cross-disciplinary executions
from concept to completion - Directly leading production during rehearsals, photoshoots, and filming
- Keeping up with design and technology trends and also consistently bringing new
innovative ideas to the production - Leading and inspiring a team through management, planning, and development of
creative campaigns and scripts - Working in collaboration with the Production Manager to manage internal teams
- Managing agency relationships
- Flexibility and on-the-spot problem solving abilities are a must
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must work well with others
- Writes stories for the website and other eMedia platforms
- Interacts with viewers and users on social media sites

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED: - Related field, or an equivalent combination of
education and work-related experience - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other
office equipment - Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks
simultaneously - Flexibility to work any shift Monday through Friday, and occasional weekends
- Knowledge of broadcast production equipment and techniques helpful

INTERNSHIPS
Eligibility:
- Internships are given to rising college juniors and seniors, Graduate students are also eligible for consideration
- Currently earning a college/university degree in Related Field and enrolled in an accredited educational institution
- Available a minimum of 16 hours per week
- Internship is needed in order to graduate
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required
