JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strong knowledge of brand development, creating for digital, video production
  • Accustomed to working with and understanding the needs of various internal and
    external partners
  • Ability to speak to a wide range of audiences and with strong presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well as an independent collaborator
  • Strong organizational skills while being able to maintain high standards under
    pressure
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and ownership of projects
  • Handling internal and external workflows in a variety of cross-disciplinary executions
    from concept to completion
  • Directly leading production during rehearsals, photoshoots, and filming
  • Keeping up with design and technology trends and also consistently bringing new
    innovative ideas to the production
  • Leading and inspiring a team through management, planning, and development of
    creative campaigns and scripts
  • Working in collaboration with the Production Manager to manage internal teams
  • Managing agency relationships
  • Flexibility and on-the-spot problem solving abilities are a must
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Must work well with others
  • Writes stories for the website and other eMedia platforms
  • Interacts with viewers and users on social media sites

    EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Related field, or an equivalent combination of
    education and work-related experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other
    office equipment
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks
    simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work any shift Monday through Friday, and occasional weekends
  • Knowledge of broadcast production equipment and techniques helpful

INTERNSHIPS

Eligibility:

  • Internships are given to rising college juniors and seniors, Graduate students are also eligible for consideration
  • Currently earning a college/university degree in Related Field and enrolled in an accredited educational institution
  • Available a minimum of 16 hours per week
  • Internship is needed in order to graduate
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required
